Sources, Updates & Corrections
How Kerala Results obtains and presents lottery information.
Kerala Results is an independent publisher. Draw data comes from the third-party spider.7kerala.in API, not a direct government feed. Each result page links to the underlying draw record and the official Kerala State Lotteries Department for independent verification. A feed label such as verified or legacy is the provider’s label; we do not treat it as government certification.
Pages are rendered on the server from a cached data snapshot. User and crawler visits trigger a refresh when the snapshot expires: every 10 minutes from 14:30 to 18:30 IST, and every 30 minutes otherwise. The source record update time and retrieval time are shown separately where available, using Indian Standard Time (UTC+05:30). A retrieval time means the feed was fetched; it does not mean a human reviewed the result. If a refresh fails, previously retrieved data remains visible with its original retrieval time. No visits means no refresh.
Draw dates, ticket numbers and prize amounts are taken from the feed. Numbers remain text so that leading zeros are preserved. Current result pages are refreshed when their source records are included in a subsequent sync. Older archived records are revisited in rotating batches during cache refreshes, so historical corrections may take longer to appear. We do not invent missing venues, ticket prices, official PDF links or verification timestamps.
If you find a discrepancy, compare the original ticket and official result first. The official Kerala State Lotteries Department result and Government Gazette take precedence. Feed errors must be corrected by the data provider and included in a subsequent data refresh; this website does not certify prize entitlement. Claim deadlines, documents and tax information are general guidance and must be confirmed with the department.
